The National Scenic Trail (NST) marker identifies and reassures travelers on one of the 11 Congressionally designated National Scenic Trails — the Pacific Crest, Appalachian, Continental Divide, and others. Each trail carries its own trademarked emblem on a Forest Service brown field, and the marker doubles as a confidence blaze at junctions and road crossings. The generator will follow the emblem, color, and placement rules in EM-7100-15.
